Tyler Bern

Tyler Bern is Head of Content for Prime Video Australia, Canada and New Zealand. He has been at Amazon for 7 years in this role for 5 years and oversees Amazon’s content strategy for Prime Video in ANZ. Prior to Amazon, Tyler was working in Dish Network’s Programming group across a number of verticals including sports and premium content. Tyler has a MBA from Northwestern University and is a native of Chicago, Illinois. Whilst at Amazon Prime Video, Tyler has been instrumental in commissioning 26 Amazon Original programs in Australia, including The Test S1-S2, Making Their Mark, Back to the Rafters, Luxe Listings Sydney S1 - S3, The Moth Effect, Head Above Water, Class of 07, the award-winning feature-length documentary Burning, Kick Like Tayla, Warriors On The Field and upcoming Deadloch, The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart, and the first Australian Amazon Original movie Five Blind Dates.  

Cailah Scobie

As Chief Content Officer at Stan, Cailah Scobie is responsible for the streamer’s dynamic content strategy, overseeing content acquisitions and operations, programming and Originals. She has executive produced a diverse slate of films and series including Scrublands, Ten Pound Poms, Wolf Like Me, Black Snow and Bump, among others. She has helped negotiate major studio output deals with the likes of Showtime, Disney, Sony and Lionsgate. Cailah was pivotal in bringing major overseas content to Australian audiences, accelerating Stan to become one of the nation's leading SVOD platforms.

Cailah was previously the company’s Head of Content Acquisitions and General Counsel. Prior to working at Stan, Cailah was corporate counsel at The Nine Network.

Jacqui Feeney

Jacqui Feeney commenced as Screen Queensland CEO in late July 2023. Previously she held senior management roles at leading national and global media and entertainment companies including Fox Networks Group, National Geographic, Foxtel, SBS World Movies where she led major commissions and growth initiatives. 

Jacqui is experienced in innovation, strategic partnerships, balancing commercial and creative imperatives for large enterprises. Through her business Zinn & Co, she’s been an advisor, executive coach, and consultant to business founders across start-ups and the independent production sector — with a strong focus on supporting the next generation of innovation champions. 

Jacqui has held a range of board responsibilities — including directorships with start-up incubator Fishburners, Foxtel joint-ventures Nickelodeon and XYZ, the ASTRA industry association, plus NFPs Documentary Australia and the Sydney Film Festival where she was the chair.

She strongly believes in fostering great storytelling as a powerful force for positive change in society.

Jacqui holds a Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from UTS and a GAICD from Company Directors.

Alison Hurbert-Burns

Alison has been responsible for leading BINGE since its launch in 2020, growing it during that time to be a must-have entertainment service for Australians. She is responsible for all day-to-day operations across content, sales, marketing and growth.

Alison also leads the content functions for the Foxtel Group including commissioner of scripted and unscripted production and content acquisition for BINGE and Foxtel. Alison oversees the slate of award-winning original programming and her recent commissions include Colin From Accounts, Love Me and upcoming series Strife and High Country.
